In una lezione storica e pratica i partecipanti impareranno cosa cucinavano e mangiavano gli antichi romani, da dove arrivavano le materie prime per le tavole dei ricchi e dei meno ricchi e come venissero combinate e cotte e poi avranno la possiblita´ di preparare alcuni dei piatti che si mangiavano a casa e nelle taverne di tutto l´Impero romano.

HOW DID THE ANCIENT ROMANS COOK AND EAT?

In a historical and practical lesson, participants will learn what the ancient Romans cooked and ate, where the raw materials for the tables of the rich and the less rich came from and how they were combined and cooked and then they will have the opportunity to prepare some of the dishes that were eaten at home and in taverns throughout the Roman Empire.
